The Philippine National Health Accounts (PNHA) is a framework for the compilation of information on the country’s health expenditures.

It tells: (a) how much is being spent on health care; (b) who pays for health care; (c) what health care services are being provided; and (d) how much it costs to administer health financing schemes.
