Annual 2003
Gross National Product & Gross Domestic Product

Details of Factor Flows From and To The Rest of the World

The Net Factor Income from Abroad (NFIA) continued to gain headway as the compensation inflow rose by 6.9 percent in 2003 as a result of the 4.9 percent increase in the $-P conversion, despite the decline in the stock of OFWs by year-end of 2003.

With the substantial decline in property expense of 11.2 percent and the hike in property income by 7.9 percent, this translated to the higher net factor income flows during the year.
