About 64.1 percent of the enrollees in SY 2009-2010 graduated from elementary in the Cordilleras. This is 13.7 percentage points lower than the primary completion rate recorded by DepEd in 1991.
Primary completion rate is defined as the percentage of first grade entrants in the elementary level who complete or finish the level in accordance with the required number of years of study.
