Data from the Air Transportation Office reveal that passenger traffic at the Loakan Airport, Baguio City has been on the decline for the past 10 years. Total passenger traffic of 47,325 in 1997 dropped to 18,433 in 2006 or a decline of 61 percent.

The Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) posted an Implicit Price Index (IPIN) of 454.9 in 2006. This implies that the prices of goods and services produced in CAR in 2006 were more than five times the prices in 1985.

The Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) welcomed 992,918 visitors in 2006. Most of the tourists or 92.3 percent were local and balikbayan (overseas) visitors. Foreign visitors from Asia, America and Europe comprised only 7.7 percent of the total.

3.8% of Cordilleran women from ages 15-19 years old have already given birth?
The 2006 Family Planning and Maternal and Child Health Survey of the National Statistics Office reveals that 3.8 percent or nearly 4 out of every 100 women in the Cordillera as young as 15-19 years old are teenage mothers. At the national level, an estimated 6.8 percent of women below 20 years old have already begun childbearing.
