...La Trinidad is the least poor municipality in CAR?
The 2003 Small Area Poverty Estimates of NSCB revealed that La Trinidad in Benguet had less than 6 percent of poverty incidence. It was the only 1-digit incidence rate among the 75 municipalities in the region. Moreover, 7 of the 10 least poor municipalities were all from the province of Benguet.
