CONSUMER PRICE INDEX (CPI) - measure of the average changes in the prices of a fixed basket of goods and services usually purchased by households for their consumption. (National Statistics Office)
MAGNITUDE OF THE POOR

income falls below the subsistence/poverty threshold.
