NSCB Organizaton

At present, the NSCB maintains nine (9) regional units, three (3) of which are in the Luzon area, two (2) are in the Visayas area and four (4) other units in the Mindanao area. These regional divisions are under the supervision and management of the Subnational Services Office (SSO). The functions of the RSCS are the following: plan, implement and coordinate the activities for the development of the subnational statistical system; coordinate the activities of the RSCCs, including subcommittees and task forces, in overseeing the implementation of statistical policies and decision made by itself and the NSCB Executive Board, among others.
