Malamaui Island
The gateway to Basilan. Here, the parola of the lighthouse guides ships and vintas to the channel. Here can also be found the traditional final resting places of the nomad sea-faring Badjaos and Samal-Luans-Banguingui. It also boasts of the only lake in the province with wild ducks. Also found in Malamaui is the Panigayan fishing village where spearfishing is recommended.

Sumagdang Beach
A natural site for swimming, passing through coconut plantations, small rice fields, and fish ponds. Only 4 kms. from the town proper of Isabela and easily accessible by tricycle, jeepney or bus. 
Kumalarang River
This has 14-meter waterfall and is a proposed site for a hydroelectric plant. Ideal for picnics and photo shoots.

abiawan and Busay Falls
Located in Isabela and good for picnics and bathing.

hite Beach
A fine beach found in Malamaui Island, good for swimming, sunbathing and fishing.

Some 5 kms. from the town hall; a fine place for snorkelling, swimming and picnics.

Found in the Menzi Plantation.

The biggest waterfall where the Basilan hydroelectric plant is situated.
Balas Beach
Cove-shaped beach about 25 minutes away from the town hall; ideal for swimming, boating, fishing, water skiing and snorkelling.
