Technical Working Group and Task Forces |
|
background coordination with local government unit technical working group and task forces |
Vertical
linkages/relationships exist between central offices/agencies and
regional/local offices. Vertical linkages operate through the creation of a
Technical Working Group and Task Forces which identify causes of technical
problems and issues facing the regional offices which they cannot solve on
their own. The Technical Working Group and Task Forces are composed of
senior officials of the central offices and regional offices coordinated by
the National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB). In detail, the following are among the Task Forces with which the NSCB has established: 1. TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP (RSCC) The technical working group of the RSCC is a permanent body whose goal is to handle the technical details of the issues raised in the RSCC. Chairman 2. TASK FORCE ON HEALTH STATISTICS The goal of the task force is to study and recommend actions for an efficient and effective system for the collection of data on health.
