STATNews RSCC VIII Issues Four Resolutions in Second Meeting The Regional Statistical Coordination Committee (RSCC) of Region VIII, passed four resolutions during its Second Regular Meeting held last August 10, 2006 at NEDA Regional Office No. 8, Government Center, Palo, Leyte. The four (4) resolutions include: (1) Enjoining the Generation and Regular Provision of MDG Indicators to NSCB by All Data Producing Agencies; (2) Enjoining Local Government Units to Continue to Support the Poverty Mapping Activities Initiated by NSCB in the Provinces; (3) Approving the Creation of the Technical Working Group on Disaster Statistics; and (4) Enjoining BIR, DTI and CHED to Process Annually and Submit Data Needed for GRDP Estimation to NSCB.
