RSCC Region V The Regional Statistical Coordination Committee in Region V has created inter-agency statistical sub-committees, technical working groups, and task forces that will attend to technical issues and problems at the regional level. The activities of these sub-committees, TWGs, and TFs are under the supervision of the RSCC.
Task Force on Investment Statistics The Task Force on Investment Statistics was created by virtue of the RSCC Resolution No. 01-2001 to study the system of consolidating investment statistics in the Bicol Region. The membership of the Task Force includes the following agencies:

Technical Sub-Committee on Survey Design (TSSD) The RSCC issued Resolution No. 04-92 implementing the Statistical Survey Review and Clearance System (SSRCS) in the region and enjoined all government agencies to comply with the said review and clearance system. The RSCC likewise passed Resolution No. 05-92 creating the Technical Sub-committee on Survey Design (TSSD), a team composed of experts in the field of statistical survey design and analysis, to undertake the review and clearance functions. The TSSD is composed of:
Technical Working Group on Gender and Development (TWG-GAD) The TWG-GAD was created in accordance with the RSCC Resolution No. 01-96 aimed at preparing the work and financial plan in formulating the plan of activities to generate gender-disaggregated data. The composition of the TWG includes:
Task Forces on Health, Environment and Social Services Statistics The Task Forces on Health, Environment and Social Services Statistics were created in accordance with RSCC Resolution No. 01-98. The TF is aimed at: 1) assessing the current data generation systems for the identified sectors; 2) identify data series affected by the devolution within the identified sectors; 3) identify bottlenecks in the data generation systems that affect availability of the these sectors; and 4) recommend measures that would ensure the continuous generation of statistical series available prior to the implementation of the Code.
