WHEREAS, the Executive Committee of the Regional Development Council of Region VIII passed Resolution No. 10 s, 2005 requesting President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to include in the 2006 budget of the National Statistics Office the conduct of Mid-Decade Census of Population and requesting the other Regional Development Councils and Regional Development Committees to support the same;

WHEREAS, the RSCC fully supports the Resolution of the RDC VIII ExCom;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, be it:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse RDC VIII ExCom Resolution No. 10 s, 2005 to the Regional Development Council, Region V for its support;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished the Regional Development Council, Region VIII, the Regional Statistical Coordination Committee VIII, the National Statistics Office for their information and/or appropriate action.
