RSCC Region V Excepts from the
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the
RESOLUTION NO. 04-2002
EXPANDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE WHEREAS, pursuant to NSCB Resolution No. 01-92, dated January 9, 1992, the Regional Statistical Coordination Committee (RSCC) for Region V has been organized under the administrative supervision of the Regional Development Council;
WHEREAS, the organization of the RSCC
in Region V was based on the prescribed composition as contained in Article
II of the said Resolution; |

WHEREAS, NSCB Memorandum Circular No. 01-92 provides that the composition of the RSCC may be modified whenever the need arises to allow flexibility in its operations; WHEREAS, there is the need to expand the membership of the RSCC considering the statistical requirements/issues and problem areas that need to be addressed; NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, be it: RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and all the other City/Provincial Planning and Development Offices in the region specifically the cities of Ligao, Tabaco, Iriga, Naga, Masbate, and Sorsogon and the provinces of Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Masbate and Sorsogon be included in the membership of the Regional Statistical Coordination Committee; RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished the designees for their concurrence and acceptance. APPROVED, this 3rd day December 2002 at the National Economic and Development Authority, Arimbay, Legazpi City.
