RSCC Region V Excepts from the
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the
RESOLUTION NO. 03-2002
INCLUDING THE ATENEO DE NAGA
UNIVERSITY IN THE 2003-2006 WHEREAS, pursuant to NSCB Resolution No. 01-92, dated January 9, 1992, the Regional Statistical Coordination Committee (RSCC) for Region V has been organized under the administrative supervision of the Regional Development Council;
WHEREAS, Article II of the Resolution
provides that the composition of the RSCC includes two representatives from
the private sector identified and selected by the Committee members from the
government sector;

WHEREAS, the private sector representatives must have demonstrated active participation in statistical and developmental activities and may provide guidance to the RSCC in the statistical requirements of the private sector, being major users of generated statistics; WHEREAS, pursuant to NSCB Memorandum Circular No. 01-92, changes in the RSCC composition may be done whenever the need arises; NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, be it: RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Ateneo de Naga University, be designated as private sector representative to the Regional Statistical Coordination Committee; RESOLVED FURTHER, that the designated private sector representative serve a three-year term starting on January 2, 2003, without prejudice to redesignation after said term; RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished the designee for concurrence and acceptance. APPROVED, this 3rd day December 2002 at the National Economic and Development Authority, Arimbay, Legazpi City.
