RSCC Region V Excerpts from the
Minutes of the 21st Regular Meeting of the
RESOLUTION NO. 01-99 RECONSTITUTING
THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE WHEREAS, the Regional Statistical Coordination Committee (RSCC) issued Resolution No. 04-92 implementing the Statistical Survey Review and Clearance System (SSRCS) in the region and enjoined all government agencies to comply with the said review and clearance system;
WHEREAS, the RSCC likewise passed Resolution No. 05-92 creating the
Technical Sub-committee on Survey Design (TSSD), a team composed of
experts in the field of statistical survey design and analysis, to
undertake the review and clearance functions; |

WHEREAS, the implementation of the SSRCS is a continuing activity; WHEREAS, there is a need to reconstitute the team due to the unavailability of some of its members; NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, be it: RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the TSSD be reconstituted without changing its institutional membership; RESOLVED FURTHER, that institution-members of the TSSD designate a permanent and alternate member of the TSSD; RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be provided each institution-member of the TSSD for their guidance and concurrence. APPROVED this 27th day of July, 1999 at the NEDA Conference Room, Arimbay, Legazpi City.
