TERMS OF USE

The following terms and conditions shall only apply to NSCB's Interactive Statistical Databases Service (i-stats) on the Internet.

Use of Statistics Derived from the NSCB's Interactive Statistical Databases

• Statistics from the i-stats can be reproduced ONLY for internal and non-commercial use of the subscriber.

• The subscriber has no right to reproduce and publish the statistics contained in the NSCB's Interactive Statistical Databases (i-stats) in whatever form for commercial purposes unless agreed upon by the NSCB.

• The subscriber's log-in User Name is ONLY for the exclusive use of the company, group or individual subscribing the i-stats service. This is strictly non-transferable.

• Any violation of these agreements can result to automatic discontinuance of the service.

How to Subscribe

• To subscribe, fill out the subscription form by entering your name, company name, contact number, country and e-mail address.
• The NSCB will communicate with interested subscribers to finalize payment/subscription details.  

Prices and Payment

• User ID and password will be supplied by the NSCB after full payment for the subscribed service has been received by the NSCB.
• Payment is non-refundable. The subscriber would not receive any refund even if he/she decides NOT to consume the subscribed period.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment through credit card is not acceptable, until further announced.
• Payment shall be made to the National Statistical Coordination Board in check or bank draft.

Damages

• The NSCB is not responsible for computer break-down, damage or other disturbances brought about by the service.

Contract Period

• Subscriptions are only valid during the subscribed period of time and will be terminated upon expiry without prior notice.
• If a client wishes to extend his/her subscription, payment shall be made at least one month before the expiry of the existing subscription.

Contact Person

• The person whose name and e-mail address appear in the Subscription Form will serve as contact person. Updates and information regarding the Service will be sent by e-mail to the contact person.
• Username and Password are not transferable.
