Davao Region held First Quarter Meeting

The RSCC XI first quarter meeting was held
last March 31, 2006 at the Yellow Fin Restaurant, Davao City. The agenda
for the meeting were the following: (1) Policy Agenda for Calendar Year 2006; (2)
Improvement of Data Gathering for GRDP 2005 Estimation; (3) Presentation
on SAE on Poverty Statistics; (4) Institutionalization of Poverty
Mapping at Selected Provinces and Cities of Davao Region; and (5)
Creation of Task Force to Study the Generation of Agri Statistics at the
City/Municipal Level. The RSCC XI passed the following Resolutions
during this meeting: (1)
Approving the Policy Agenda of RSCC XI for CY 2006; (2)
Creating a Task Force to Study
the Generation of Agricultural Statistics at the City/Municipal Level.
