MDG Indicators for the Ilocos Region

Assessment of data availability in the region

The Regional Development Council (RDC) I - Task Force on MDG determined the indicators which are applicable for the Ilocos region. After reviewing the 48 indicators identified by international experts, a total of 39 indicators were approved to be applicable for the Ilocos region. Of the 39 indicators identified by the Task Force, only 36 were available. To ensure the uniformity and comparability of the data across LGUs, the RSCC passed Resolution No. 11, s. 2005, "Approving the Data Reporting System for the Monitoring of MDG Indicators".
