APPROVING THE PROJECT PROPOSAL, WORKPLAN AND MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA)
TO PILOT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROPOSED DATA GENERATION SYSTEM
FOR HEALTH INDICATORS IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO
AND PROVINCE OF LA UNION 

WHEREAS, the Regional Statistical Coordination Committee (RSCC) Region I, as the highest policy-making and coordinating body on statistical matters in the region, endorsed to the City of San Fernando and the Province of La Union to pilot the implementation of the proposed data generation system for health indicators through Resolution No. 4, s. 2006;

WHEREAS, the City of San Fernando and the Province of La Union have confirmed their acceptance as the pilot city and province, respectively, through a letter signed by the City Mayor and Provincial Governor;

WHEREAS, the Secretariat prepared the project proposal, proposed work program and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to properly guide the parties concerned in terms of their participation to the pilot activity;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the project proposal, work plan and MOA to pilot the implementation of the proposed data generation system for health indicators in the City of San Fernando and Province of La Union as hereto attached.
