a/. Provincial data includes city data. Recomputed the telephone density provided by source by using the 2005 Population from the 1995 Census-based Population Projection of NSO.
Note: 1998-1999 and 2001-2005 population data were sourced from the 1995 Census-based City/Municipal Population Projections while the 2000 population data is the actual population from the 2000 Census of Population and Housing.
