Definition of Terms: Net enrollment ratio is the ratio between the enrollment in the school age range to the total population of that age range.
Remarks (Data Limitations)

1. Data for Pangasinan for SY 2001-02 to 2005-06 is the average for the Divisions of Pangasinan I and II
2. The total NER for the school year is the sum of the NER for government and private schools except for 2005-06 which
     represents only the NER for government schools
3. Data for SY 2002-2005 is based from the Basic Education Information System (BEIS) modules

Some LGUs, specifically the cities, had more than 100% net enrollment ratio because their enrollment includes children outside their area exceeding their target population for enrollees.
