CREATION OF A CORE GROUP OF RESOURCE PERSONS
WHO SHALL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
DELIBERATIONS DURING BOARD MEETINGS

WHEREAS, the composition of the National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB), as the highest policy-making and coordinating body of the Philippine Statistical System, is spelled out under Executive Order No. 121;

WHEREAS, technical issues oftentimes have to be considered in the formulation of policies and decisions by the Board;

WHEREAS, the participation in Board meetings of resource persons who are not members of the Board but who possess the needed expertise and experience in the field of statistics, would facilitate full consideration, presentation and understanding of facts and all other technical aspects of the subject matters deliberated upon;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that a core group of resource persons who shall be allowed to participate in the deliberations during Board meetings be created to be composed of the following:

NSCB

Deputy Administrator
National Statistics Office

Director
Bureau of Agricultural Statistics

Director
Bureau of Labor and Employment Statistics

Director
National Economic and Development Authority

Economic and Social Statistics Office, NSCB
