2.1 Education Manpower Information System (EMIS) To expand and enhance the National Manpower Information Systems (NMIS) EMIS design developed Ms. Laureana P. Marcos OIC-MISD, Planning Office Tel. This is being developed as a component of the Asian Development Bank (ADB)-Technical Education Skills Development Project (TESDP).
