1. Administrative-based statistics
1.1 Dissemination and collation of Hazard Prone Areas	To provide information on the vulnerability of various areas in the Philippines to different types of hazards	List of hazard and disaster-prone areas in the Philippines	RDCC, PDCC, local DCCs, PAGASA, DILG and DENR
1.2 Monitoring of Regional Activities through the Daily Summary Operations Report (DSOR forms)	To be able to monitor the daily activities of the regions	Compilation of organized and reorganized DCCs, daily regional activities, status of communication equipment, transportation and personnel disaster operations undertaken - daily monitoring	RDCC, PDCC, local DCCs in 16 regions
