Registration fee

The Conference registration fee is US Dollars 120 per participant. This entitles participant to:

o Conference bag
o Conference papers in print and CD ROM
o Lunch and snacks for 3 days
o Social activities (welcome dinner and city tour)

How to register

Registration of participants will be held at the Garden Ballroom 3 & 4 Garden Wing, EDSA Shangri-La on 4 October 2004, 08.00-9:00AM.

However, for logistic arrangements and/ hotel reservations, participants are requested to complete and return the attached Registration/Hotel Reservation Form on or before 15 September 2004 to:
