International Organizing Committee

The International Organizing Committee is composed of selected international organizations and concerned government agencies to provide overall direction and advice on the conduct of the Conference, especially in the discussion and formulation of an integrated work program for the regular compilation of poverty statistics, and to promote international participation.

Scientific Program Committee

The Scientific Program Committee consists of experts, statisticians, academics, compilers, and key stakeholders of poverty statistics to identify the specific topics and paper writers/presentors, to review/ evaluate technical/country papers, and to formulate the mechanics for the Conference sessions.

Local Organizing Committee

A Local Conference Organizing Committee composed of the major statistical agencies, international organizations and other government agencies engaged in poverty study, alleviation and monitoring has been created to oversee the planning and logistics preparations for the conduct of the Conference.
