The NSM Media Awards...
recognize the important role of media practitioners specifically reporters from print, radio, television, and online news service from both the government and private media organizations, who have made significant contributions in promoting, popularizing, and using statistics in information dissemination and other relevant purposes.
- Professional Award (Individual) – to be given to an individual media reporter for valuing the extensive use of, as well as for the professional handling of statistics in his/her work.
Congratulations to Mr. Landingin was awarded for his article "The Hidden Job Crisis" published in the May-July 2009 issue of the Newsbreak Magazine. He received a Plaque of Recognition and a cash prize of P20,000.
