21st NSM Awards for Best Activity in NCR and Best Region (2010)
The objectives of the awards are:
1. 21st Best NSM Activity in NCR(a) to recognize outstanding participation in the NSM celebration through the giving of awards;
(b) to serve as incentive to participating agencies by way of encouraging wider participation; and
(c) to promote the conduct of activities that achieved the objectives and spirit of the NSM celebration.

Statistical Forum
Activity in the form of workshop, symposium, or lecture -
Statistical Information Dissemination Activity
Information dissemination activity through various media.
It may be in the form of an exhibit, web-based dissemination, information caravan, publication, primers, flyers or bulletins - Statistical Contest
Activity in the form of statistical quiz, oratorical contest, essay writing contest, or poster-making contest where participants compete for an award. The competition may be aired through radio or tv programs.
Criteria for Judging:
- Relevance (25%)
- Overall presentation of the activity (25%)
- Economy of resources (25%)
- Impact (25%)
2. 21st NSM Best Region**
Criteria for Judging:
- Diversity of activities will be given consideration (25%)
- Extent of participation of cooperating agencies and Local Government Units (25%)
- Conveys favorable image of the region (25%)
- Economy, ingenious use of resources and resourcefulness (25%)
**- Nominations from the local level should be made part of the integrated submission of the region for the NSM Best Region.
Kindly submit your nomination for Best NSM Activity or Best NSM Region using the attached nomination form including a complete documentation of the activities on/or before February 11, 2011 to the:
