Participating agencies at the national level are requested to submit a detailed list of their proposed activities using NSM Form 1 to the 16th NSM Secretariat at NSCB, 2nd Floor, Midland Buendia Building, 403 Senator Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City on or before August 31, 2005.
Participating agencies in the region may submit their acitivities to their respective Regional Statistical Coordination Committees (RSCCs) through the NSCB Regional Division or to the NEDA Regional Office.
