• Send or fax the registration form to the nearest NSCB Regional Division in your area or directly to the NSCB Central Office

• Pay cash or check (payable to NSCB) at any branch of the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) to account no. 0-05587-405-4 or send check (payable to NSCB) to the nearest NSCB Regional Division or directly to NSCB Central Office

• For those registering online, please note that personal checks and promissory notes are not acceptable.
