How to register

  1. Accomplish the online registration form

    or

    Send or fax the accomplished registration form [ 116KB] to the nearest
    NSCB Regional Division in your area or directly to the NSCB Central Office

  2. Pay cash or check (payable to NSCB) at any branch of the
    Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) to account no. 0-05587-405-4
    or send check (payable to NSCB) to the nearest NSCB Regional Division
    or directly to NSCB Central Office.

  3. Upon payment at DBP, send, fax or deliver the filled-up registration form and deposit slip to the NCS Secretariat or the nearest regional division.
