Registration

The registration area is at the Lower Lobby of the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel (convention venue) and will be opened from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on October 4, 2010, and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on October 5, 2010.

Registration Lanes

ID and meal tickets of participants shall be issued in the following Registration Counters:

Walk-in participants                                      Lanes 1-4
Pre-registered participants, not paid            Lanes 5-6
Pre-registered participants, paid                  Lanes 7-8
Session chairs, presenters, discussants,                 
Board members and invited guests               Lanes 9-12    
Faculty-Student Conference                          Lanes 17-18

Additional Information

  • Student registrants will be required to present their current year school identification card.

  • Walk-in participants without prior registration must first fill out a registration form available at the Registration Area.  The accomplished registration form and payment shall then be presented at the Registration Counter Lanes 1-4.

  • Pre-registered participants who have not paid their fees must proceed to Lanes 5-6.

  • Pre-registered participants who have paid their fees must proceed to Lanes 7-8 to claim their official receipt.

  • Session chairs, presenters, discussants, Board members, and other invited guests must proceed to Lanes 9-12.

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of attendance shall be issued to the participants on October 5, 2010 starting at 4:00 p.m. at the designated registration lanes.

Registration Fees

Certificates of attendance shall be issued to the participants on October 5, 2010 starting at 4:00 p.m. at the designated registration lanes.

Private Php 6,500 (regular rate)
Php 6,200 (group rate – minimum of 5)
Government Php 5,000 (regular rate)
Php 4,700 (group rate – 10-19)
Php 4,500 (group rate – 20 or more)
Undergraduate Student Php 3,500 (with convention kit and meal tickets)
Php 600 (with convention kit but without meal tickets)

Method of Payment

  • Payments can be made in cash or check.
  • If payment is by check, the payee should be the National Statistical Coordination Board.  Post-dated and personal checks shall not be accepted.
  • If participant is already paid, official receipt or deposit slip must be presented (original or photocopy).
