Sessions

Invited Paper Sessions

About 84 invited papers will be presented during the scientific meetings that will be conducted simultaneously in seven (7) different meeting rooms, with each session discussing two (2) to three (3) papers. The presentation of each invited paper by the author will be allotted fifteen (15) minutes after which the paper discussant will be given ten (10) minutes to present his/her discussion paper. Under the guidance of a moderator, a twenty-five (25) minute open forum will ensue.

The participants can choose the session which they wish to attend.

Contributed Paper Sessions

About eight (8) sessions will be organized for contributed papers dwelling on the same topics/areas cited on Part A. Submissions on other topics are welcome. Acceptance of contributed papers other than those invited by session organizers for presentation in these sessions will also consider the over-all objectives of the convention. Typically, five (5) papers will be presented per session with about 25 minutes allotted for open forum.

Poster and Student Sessions

Poster sessions will be organized for papers that cannot be accommodated in any of the scientific meetings. This will allow the convention participants to benefit as well from these papers.

Sessions for students will also be organized as a venue for presentation of research papers completed as part of their graduate or post-graduate programs. An award shall be given to the best research paper.
