NSCB releases revised/rebased National Accounts Quarterly Series

NSCB releases revised/rebased National Accounts Quarterly Series The National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB) announces the release of the revised/rebased (2000=100) Quarterly series of the National Accounts of the Philippines (NAP) for 1998 – 2010. The revision and rebasing of the quarterly NAP was done as part of the project “Improving the Quality and Usefulness of the Philippine System of National Accounts (PSNA)” of the NSCB with funding assistance from the World Bank. The said project aims to update the PSNA to incorporate new developments/new set of international statistical standards and guidelines of the updated 1993/2008 SNA.

Please be advised that the quarterly estimates of the revised/rebased (2000 = 100) Quarterly series for 2008 to 2010 were already released last 30 May 2011.
