The National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB) announces the release of the Consolidated Accounts/Income and Outlay Accounts for 2006-2008. This annual publication of the Philippine System of National Accounts (PSNA) contains a set of Consolidated Accounts, which provide a summary of transactions and relationships among the various flows of the economy. The Consolidated Accounts consist of the four accounts of the nation with respect to its production, consumption, capital accumulation and economic transactions with the rest of the world:

• Account I: Gross Domestic Product and Expenditure
• Account II: National Disposable Income and Its Appropriation
• Account III: Gross Accumulation
• Account IV: External Transactions

The Income and Outlay Accounts, on the other hand, show in particular, the current receipts and disbursements of the four institutional sectors, namely, private corporations, government corporations, general government and households and unincorporated enterprises. These transactions are linked with the Production Account and the Expenditure Account of the PSNA.

The annual Consolidated Accounts/Income and Outlay Accounts cover a three-year series and are published in June of every year.
