1. To formulate a national ICT statistical framework by taking into consideration the initial efforts done by the TF on e-Commerce.
2. To serve as a forum for the discussion and resolution of issues relating to ICT statistics;
3. To review the concepts, techniques, and methodologies used in the collection, processing and reporting of ICT statistics to ensure conformity with prescribed statistical standards;
4. To provide inputs to the NSCB Technical Committee on Statistical Standards and Classification (TCSSC) in the development of standard concepts and definitions on ICT statistics and ICT classification systems;
5. To provide assistance and guidance in the regular generation of the estimates of the value of e-Commerce transactions, ICT satellite account and other ICT statistics;
6. To recommend policies geared towards improved generation, dissemination and utilization of ICT statistics including the data gaps identified by the Task Force on the Measurement of e-Commerce;
7. To provide direction and support in the development of an estimation methodology in the valuation of e-Commerce and the compilation of satellite accounts on ICT as well as recommend mechanisms for their institutionalization;
8. To monitor the over-all development of ICT statistics in the country;
9. To present the results of and recommendations on the initial estimates of the contribution of e-Commerce, the generation of the ICT as a satellite accounts of the Philippine System of National Accounts (PSNA) to the NSCB Executive Board.

1. Reviewed the PSDP framework on ICT statistics as basis for the development of a framework for Philippine Satellite Accounts on ICT
2. Reviewed and prioritized the E-Commerce indicators proposed for possible inclusion in the 2010 CPH
3. Submitted comments and recommendations on the classification of ICT products, industries and services in the Philippines to the TC on Statistical Standards and Classifications
4. Provided data inputs to the Statistical Handbook on ICT
5. Reviewed 20 ICT concepts and definitions for statistical purposes for Board Approval

1. Status report on the implementation of the PSDP 2005-2010 on the chapter on Information and Communications Technology Statistics
